Beware!!
This post has an overload of
Easter love!!
I must start by saying a belated
Happy Birthday
to the lovely Mr B.....
Yesterday we combined his
birthday party with
our Easter celebrations.
I love Easter.
I love Easter decorations.
I love family 'get-togethers'.
I love celebrating new spring life
after dark winter days.
I have also had great fun playing
with my Easter photos.
Bunnies, present from Miss B, eggs in a jar, zinc bucket from Miss B,
flowers from Mr B, Easter tree and lovely scrummy marshmallows!!
Flowers, eggs, chicks, bunny, Easter tree and delicious chocolate eggs!!
But the bestest best thing about Easter was
having our family here to celebrate
together.
From the very young
my lovely dog, Ollie
to Mr B
who was worn out
from all the celebrating
(and as you can see from
his bulging cheeks, all the eating!!)
And finally ...
I made a candle in a pretty
teacup.
It was so easy to make.....
details to follow in my next post.
and finally, finally
a very, very belated
thank you again to Jooles at
for encouraging me to start
blogging - I really, really love it!!!
Take care
Lorraine xx
Love the photos, they really capture Easter. It looks like you had a fantastic family Easter. I love the candle - looking forward to your next post!
ReplyDeleteI finally bought a new camera! We go a little over the top with the Easter decorations but I really love this time of year. The candle is so easy to make - will post details today xx
DeleteThank you Essie. I am still on school holiday this week so I plan to catch up with lots of work! I hope you have a lovely week too xx

Thank you Carly. It was lovely. Hope you had a lovely day too? xx
DeleteHello! Welcome to blogland and thank you for leaving a comment on my blog. Your Easter looks absolutely wonderful, the mosaics are gorgeous. I love the photo of Ollie, adorable.
ReplyDeleteAnne xx
He is adorable Anne but very naughty. Yesterday he opened my kitchen bin and ate the contents! He's not feeling too happy today!! xx
DeleteLove your dog - there seems to be lots of spaniels in blogs.
ReplyDeleteOllie is the first spaniel we have had. He is the most intelligent and loyal dog I have owned. In my class at school, we have a new book called the Top Ten of Everything - I was surprised to read that the English Springer Spaniel is in the top ten most dangerous dogs in the UK!! Surely that is a misprint? xx
DeleteI love your Easter pics and look forward to reading the instructions about how to make that lovely candle in a tea cup!
ReplyDeleteI started to write the post, but I think I need to include some step by step photos! Xx
DeleteBeautiful pictures!
